Water Bio

My passion for aquatic healing was ignited by her family’s legacy within the thermal water park founded by my grandfather, Vicente Ruiz Arechiga, one of the Pioneers of WaterParks in Mexico.
My first Water course was in 2000 and after that I kept studying different styles such as:, Aquadynamics, Waterdance, Aquatic Physiotherapy, and Aquapilates and more.

Woman Bio

My journey into feminine wisdom began early, guided by the grandmothers of Mexico. From them, l learned to honor and value femininity. Twenty years ago, I discovered obsidian during a time of profound healing. Its transformative power became a key part of my healing journey. Traditional yoni steam baths also became essential to my healing, leading me to study and practice this method, allowing me to support other women as well. Expanding my knowledge, I explored breast massage and fellatio, deepening my understanding of the body’s potential for pleasure and healing. With over 10 years of experience, I now offer retreats to share these powerful tools. Join me on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

My Approach

In my practice and courses, I emphasize principle-based teaching, which honors the body’s natural intelligence and wisdom. I believe that effective bodywork is not just about technique but about working in harmony with the body’s innate mechanisms. By attuning to this intelligence, we learn how to perform bodywork with grace, efficiency, and without compromising our own physical well-being as practitioners. In our workshops, you will experience a diverse blend of disciplines such as Thai Massage (Static and Dynamic), Sacred Dance, and Osteo Dance. Each of these is infused with the use of traditional cloths like the Rebozo (Mexican Tradition) and Pa Khan Ma (Thai Tradition), a unique form of bodywork using cloth. Through these techniques, you’ll learn to engage with the body in a way that promotes healing and ease for both practitioner and client.
