MY APPROACH

In my practice and courses, I emphasize principle-based teaching, which honors the body’s natural intelligence and wisdom. I believe that effective bodywork goes beyond technique—it’s about working in harmony with the body’s innate mechanisms. By attuning to this intelligence, we learn to practice bodywork with grace, efficiency, and without compromising our own physical well-being as practitioners.

COURSES

In our courses/workshops, you’ll have the opportunity to explore various disciplines, including Thai Massage (both Static and Dynamic), Sacred Dance, and Osteo Dance. Each of these practices can be enriched by the use of traditional cloths such as the Rebozo (from Mexican tradition) and Pa Khan Ma (from Thai tradition), offering a unique approach to bodywork. Through these techniques, you’ll discover how to engage with the body in a way that fosters healing and ease for both practitioner and client.
